This smoothie is delicious! Not only is it a refreshing mid day treat, but it’s also a great way to get in a few servings of fiber and vitamins A , C , and K.
Ada’s Essentials’ Favorite Smoothie Recipe
The Ingredients for 3 servings :
- 4 cups of frozen blueberries
- 3 cups of coconut milk (or any milk or liquid of your choosing!)
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Pour the frozen blueberries and milk into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the avocado, banana, spinach, and hemp seeds into the now blended mixture and blend some more.
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon and blend with more milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into 3 drinking glasses, top with more berries and seeds if desired, and enjoy!
