Self care is not just about the products, bubble baths and candles. While those elements are nice to incorporate into our self care routines, it is important to understand that a meticulously designed self care routine is powerful enough to benefit our long term health and approach our overall health and wellness holistically and preventatively.
My goal is to not only help you find the health professionals and information you need to approach your health and self care goals, but also help you connect with them in a way that’s not overwhelming and is actually sustainable. Using the six self care foundations, I organize self care resources that give us the opportunity to personalize them and make connections.
